Welcome to CADTech Drafting and Design Services! An architectural drafting & design company serving theGreater Toronto Area, Township of Ramara, City of Orillia, and other areas of Ontario as required. A small portion of our work has been done in the Retail & Commercial market.With even some of our drafting work done for the Industrial Design Market. New homes, 458 square feet or 600 square metres) are included in this scope of work, and 'Small Buildings' as defined by the Ontario Building Code (under 6, as well as contract work for larger projects. Our main focus is in designing, cottages, basement lowering drawings, basement renovations and walkouts, interior renovations, kitchen and bathrooms design renovations, decks & porch's (covered and uncovered) garages, third storey additions, one or two storey additions, with most of the work consisting of small residential projects, and obtaining building permits for the residential homeowner, drafting, and similar projects. CADTech is, at the moment, a home based sole proprietor company.
